Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

1. Original DVDs / Blu-ray

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. 

The unopened DVD / Blu-ray must be returned on customer´s expenses for a refund. The customer is fully responsible for the transport back to us.

2. DVD-R

No returns accepted.

In case of a defective DVD a replacement will be sent free of charge !
