When a dead gangster ends up in Hell after being shot, he strikes a deal with the devil to get back to Earth. The devil puts him into the body of a do-gooder judge, and the former bad-guy sets about executing his evil deeds - including revenge on his own killer. But luckily Satan's plans go wrong, which is when things take some unexpected turns.
